Principal Attorney & Managing Counsel
Rodgers is a distinguished Malawian legal practitioner, Counsel and member of the Malawi Law Society with over eighteen years of post-qualification experience spanning complex commercial litigation, corporate governance, conveyancing and regulatory compliance. Admitted to the Malawi Law Society in 2008, he has established a track record of top-tier representation for international commercial entities, government bodies, statutory corporations and high-net-worth individuals. His courtroom advocacy spans all judicial tiers — including the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal — with several high-stakes matters shaping national jurisprudence in reported decisions.
Beyond dispute resolution, Rodgers brings exceptional executive leadership and corporate stewardship to the practice. He has served as Head of Legal Services to one of Malawi's largest parastatals, and as Resident Partner and Chief Legal Advocate of a leading legal house, managing large-scale regional operations and debt recovery departments. A skilled pupil master who actively mentors associate attorneys, he blends strategic legal intellect with practical business acumen — offering clients robust solutions across corporate transactions, real estate conveyancing, intellectual property management and alternative dispute resolution.
